Shipping & Return Policy

1. The Commitment (Advance Payment) Policy

To ensure the safety of our living plants and to cover the specialized packaging required for fragile botanical items, we require a Partial Advance Payment for all orders containing live plants or bulk herbal products.

  • Advance Amount: A non-refundable commitment fee of Rs. 500 is required via [EasyPaisa/JazzCash/Bank Transfer] to confirm your order.
  • Balance: The remaining amount will be paid via Cash on Delivery (COD) upon arrival.
  • Order Confirmation: Orders will only be processed once the advance payment screenshot is shared with our team.

2. Live Plant "Arrival Guarantee"

Plants are living souls; they can experience "transit stress" (minor yellowing or leaf drop).

  • Dead on Arrival (DOA): If your plant arrives dead or the pot is completely shattered, we offer a 100% Free Replacement or a full refund of your advance payment.
  • The 24-Hour Rule: You must send an unboxing video or clear photos of the damaged plant within 24 hours of delivery to our WhatsApp. Claims made after 24 hours will not be entertained.

3. Return Conditions (Pansar & Pantry)

  • Sealed Items: Herbal powders, oils, and spices can be returned within 7 days only if the original heat-seal or bottle-seal is unbroken.
  • Non-Returnable: For hygiene and purity reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened herbal products, used oils, or plants that have been repotted by the customer.

4. "Change of Mind" & Cancellations

  • Before Shipping: You may cancel your order within 12 hours for a full refund of your advance.
  • During Transit: If you refuse a live plant delivery at the doorstep due to a "change of mind," the Advance Payment will be forfeited to cover the cost of the specialized packaging and the return shipping stress on the plant.

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds for damaged goods or out-of-stock items will be processed via your original payment method (EasyPaisa/Bank Transfer) within 3–5 business days.
