Governing Law & Jurisdiction

1. Applicability

By accessing this website and purchasing our products, you agree that all matters relating to your access to, or use of, this website and the purchase of any products shall be governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

2. Legal Jurisdiction

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to our products, services, or these terms, both the Customer and Karachi Plants agree to attempt to resolve the matter through mutual negotiation first.

3. Consumer Court & Litigation

If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, you expressly agree that:

• Any legal proceedings, including claims filed in the Consumer Court or any other civil court, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts located in Karachi, Pakistan.
• You hereby waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts and agree not to plead or claim in any court that such litigation brought in Karachi has been brought in an inconvenient forum.

4. Dispute Resolution Costs

In the event of litigation, each party shall be responsible for its own legal fees and costs unless otherwise ordered by the presiding court in Karachi.
